He is the Owner of, "The Nest: A Breakfast Joint" in Bellflower, CA. Over the years he has featured at multiple open mics, colleges and universities. He also founded, T he Long Beach Poetry Slam, an annual poetry competition that has taken place for the last decade. He created The Definitive Soapbox which is the largest and one of the longest running spoken word open mic’s in the Long Beach area. He enjoys eating all the food with his wife Heather and his three (and a half) year old son Mateo.
